Thinkdiag 2 activation need help!

Hello everybody, i am in need of a little help. I have the login codes and when i want to activate my thinkdiag 2 it shows the following message. I have been trying for 5 days. I also tried on android 10 and 14 with no succes.

Hello guys. My problem was resolved after a few days by somebody who was very helpful to make a reset!
