I am facing an issue while trying to reset the "Inspection Due" message on an Audi Q3 model year 2022 using the Diagzone software.
I accessed the appropriate control unit (Instruments [17]) and attempted to perform the reset via:
- Special Function > Service Reset
- or SRI Reset > Reset Inspection
However, I receive an error message saying:
"Execution failed – please ensure the connector is working or the function is supported."
I would like to clarify the following:
- The connection between the car and the device is working properly.
- The car ignition is turned ON (engine not running).
- I have tested with different model years like Q3 2021 and Q3 2022, but the issue persists.
- I also tried accessing the Adaptation menu manually, but it did not work either.
Could you please confirm whether this function is supported for this vehicle model?
Is there a specific database version or software configuration required?
