Help with ford tourneo connect

I have deactivated the adblue on a Ford Tourneo Connect (kessV3) but I cannot find and diagnose the car with diagzone. I want to reset the adblue and delete the errors but I cannot find the car. The vehicle is from 2021-2022. I have also tried it with other models but unfortunately without success. Can someone please help?
