Firmware problem with EasyDiag 4 (ThinkDiag) device

There was a problem with the diagzone server and the DOWNLOAD 11.85 could not be downloaded. So i tried to take the firmware folder (configure) from another device i have of the same type and put it manually in the DIAGNOSTIC folder. The result is that the firmware is broken now and the device is not working.
Can i do something now to fix it?

2. Redownload EOBD (you must do verification again)
3. If device light is red and verification process keep going more than 1 minute fix firmware in original app (who "pro" can fix in diagzone app, download original by link http://usdlcenter.x431.com/public/d...n?versionDetailId=29543&serialNo=97986xxxxxxx

I am downloading a zip file named DOWNLOADBIN_ED4_A_V11_85_EN.ZIP from the above link. Should i rename it to DOWNLOAD.BIN and put it in the folder diagzone/PRO/9798601XXXXX/DIAGNOSTIC/Configure/Download ?

Where is the download.ini file? I only download DOWNLOADBIN_ED4_A_V11_85_EN.ZIP which i can't open in the computer. It says that the archive is broken so i rename it to .bin?

my experience. i verified more than 20pcs thinkdiag today..
If device light is red and verification process keep going more than 1 minute.
disconnect them all..login out ..after few mins try again..some times you will have to try 3-5 times to pass verification..and you can download firmware 11.85 under V45 app then..

I have 1 question: if we fix the firmware in the original app, will the bootloader be locked like the new serial number is locked to the bootloader and can't be used with Diagzone?

is it any risk to use Diagzone Pro app and original Thinkdiag app both?

Or have to update firmware always back and forth...? I never tried it yet.... but from above infos i think can be used both... ?!

When i got problem with loading eobd, firmware (download 11.85) - i delete diagzone folder and diagzone app and in second time it get verification and loading
