CAN NOT DOWNLOAD THE "DOWNLOAD V11.85" software for thinkdiags

tried two different tablet and phone, tried factory settings reset and reinstalled diagzone but not helped!!!!! My customers waits the thinkdiag interfaces, please fix the problem asap !!!

I have tested already 4 pcs of brand new old boot thinkdiags, 3 from it can not download the "DOWNLOAD V11.85" software, ony 1 could download it.

Now i have to analyze the production dates and its datas to get understand what is going on.

I think or i have a feeling that Diagzone's Server not let it download by the Thinkdiag's serial number maybe!

I mean the device verification always succes an all thinkdiags, but right after it, when it should download all free softwares, but this "DOWNLOAD v11.85" not succes, all the other free softwares can be easily be downloaded (demo, eobd, diagbase, vin scan).
 
I have also logged in with older thinkdiag devices i activated earlier on Diagzone (old blue printed box) and with those i could easy download the "DOWNLOAD V11.85"

but with some newly produced OLD thinkdiags (red printed box) can not download it. :(

LEO please say something. Thank you.
 
In my dealer account at download log at satus for the "DOWNLOAD V11.85" it writes -102 , not the ususal OK status !

What is this -102 ?

This is big problem.

I have many pieces of old thinkdiag what can not be actived on Diagzone !!!!

Production dates:
2021.03.23
2021.03.24
2021.03.25
2021.04.29

Does anybody has working thinkdoags from this dates please ?
 
The same problem with newly (today) registered devices. Status -102

NO problem with:
979860107*** - 2020.06.09
979860310*** - 2020.07.11

Problem with:
979860171*** - 2020.10.27
979860187*** - 2020.11.17

No problem with previously registered devices. For example 979860187*** from 2020.11.18, registered April 2021.
 
I THINK THERE IS A NEW "DOWNLOAD V11.85" ON DZ SERVER WICH IS CHECKING SERIAL NUMBERS AND NOT LET IT BE DOWNLOADED THE V11.85 SOFTWARE OR SOMTHING LIKE THIS...

BUT WHY IS IT HAPPENING FROM TODAY ???
 
Yes, there are some working serial numbered thinkdiags , but there are many many old thinkdiags wich can not activate since yesterday BECAUSE THE. "DOWNLOAD V11.85" SOFTWARE SIMPLY NOT DOWNLOADING.

LEO OR DIAGZONE OR SOMEBODY PLEASE I KINDLY ASK YOU TO FIX THIS FAULT ASAP PLEASE !!!

This is your forum, this is for fix faults like this, this PROBLEM thread started a day ago, why not you reply or react anything on it ?

NOW MORE AND MORE PEOPLE HAVE AND WILL HAVE THIS PROBLEM FROM HOUR TO HOUR...
