Android 13 no needed, work with previous versions. I prefer use same level than original Launch (Android 7 to 10).

All ECU work in same way. You can use OEM tool X431, Autel or other, is exactly same. If you don't know use one, you can't use others, in outback or elsewhere ;-) None diag tool can understand and repair for you, it's a real job.

Original X431 (and of course Diagzone !) is just copy of OEM tools. Functionnality, possiblity and interface is different of each manufacturer. So, you can't have a universal responce for this tool. But every manufacturer use same logic and ECU's strategy are very similar. What you need is...

When you're log out, you not work !

With or without internet you must be log in. It will never work when you're log out, but it's work without internet.

If you log out, it's normal it's don't work ! What it's aim to log out ? It's perfect work offline (wifi off, no data by GSM) but off course log in.

Genuine X431 don't work on smartphone, it's logical hacked version don't work anymore. For make real diagnostic and well work (not only read/erase DTC, don't paid full diag tool for that !), use a real screen.
