You need to realize that diagzone doesn't produce any software besides apk that allows you to use cheap vci with advanced features.. all complaints regarding car coverage needs to go straight to Launch. But I doubt you can do that since you are on this forum.. BTW sportage hybrid 2023 is totally covered in this software with easy diag 2.0
