VW polo 6R 2011 model I can't connect in the power steering and I can't read trouble code's or do anything it stays no communication with ecu .I try with TEXA and everything is ok
Something is wrong with the software

Try using a different version of the update, an older one. It happens, I use VAGCOM for VAG.

I try the two oldest version's and still nothing I can't communicate with the steering #44

Try 4 oldest version. try engine runing. It should work.

Which scanner you have ?

Also diagzone v1 or diagzone v2 ?

If diagzone v2 then try old diagzone v1 if your scanner capable of diagzone v1 veryfication!
