V2 connection problem

Hello guys I can't do the firmware update. I tried hundred times but every time say failed. I need help for this problem..

That's mean that you have version with locked chip, it cant work with diagzone

But when I download this version, first time I connect one car without problem. But after that getboxinfo failured. I do the fix connector/obd system firmware fix but it's same.

Diagzone seems to have a bug with some thinkdiag/golo4. The first firmware update work and the chip is not locked. But to connect to cars you have to disconect/connect the obd2 2/6 times until it connect. I even sent an obd2 to the developer to check it out but no news. You can try delete the BOOT folder and download again and try to update firmware, or use other phone. But the getboxinfo error will continue to happen

your device only works with standard Thindiag+ application, can not use Diagzone..
