Update firmware fail

Hi everyone!
I have a client ask me active a device used ***** before. When i active in my Dealer account. The system ask try work with EOBD software before payment, i ask the client do it, and i can see payment available ( I think the device can work EOBD for active update full) . But after i ask the client try diagnostic again,now the device update firmware again, and update firmware fail. How to solve this problem?

I have also some bad pieces from this series, i tried many firmware put on with stlink, no succes yet. I will tell you if i have good results.

When you bought it? And from europe seller or china?
