I have a client ask me active a device used ***** before. When i active in my Dealer account. The system ask try work with EOBD software before payment, i ask the client do it, and i can see payment available ( I think the device can work EOBD for active update full) . But after i ask the client try diagnostic again,now the device update firmware again, and update firmware fail. How to solve this problem?
