Thinkdiag reset functions

I have thinkdiag and I bay the diagzone subscription of.
But I cant use the reset functions doesn't work.
And when I choose EOBD/OBDII to scan it connects but doesn't show me the live data.

I contacted [email protected] two times but the didn't answer.

In your screenshot you're in emissions monitors. That's not a live data

Yes, I cant loud all fotos.
I load the emissions screenshot to show that the diagzone dosnt show me thata
The foto I load now is the message I get( this function is not supported) when I work reset options.
