Thinkdiag old boot cannot update firmware

I tried version 57 and when verification come it's just loading and nothing happend. I tried closing the app - the same. I tried install version 2, but have error. What happend? I have 4 devices in the last days that have been this way. When try multiple times sometimes is ok.

I can't download firmware for a Thinkdiag

It only happens with this Thinkdiag In version 57 it does the verification successfully but it does not download the firmware v11.87 just say waiting for dowloads In new version 07 it gives an error when doing the verification, but it is due to the same problem, it cannot download the firmware...
