THINKDIAG hardware has locked chip

Hi guys!
I am using THINKDIAG with Diagzone for normal diagnosis before. Surprisingly today I received this message. I cannot determine the cause. I'm sure my THINKDIAG device is not connected to the original thinkdiag Launch server
Can anyone here explain it to me? Thank you so much!

Bug is solve with v43. And i am waiting new bug. I don't know old version is stable why Diagzone need release new app version?
