Hi I have a problem with my thinkdiag 2 I bought it a day ago I activated it normal I installed thinkdiag+ I used it normal but as I am curious and new in the field I installed it diagzone I did the update and as a result I can no longer connect with my device on the thinkdiag+ it tells me vci 4 error du esque there is a bootloader to return to the old original firmware please pleases
