Thinkdiag 2 adapter

Hi all,

I'm using a thinkdiag 2 device with ***** v57 and keep having a problem where it says "failed to obtain the vehicle data. has the vci changed".

I have noticed through testing if I remove the software and install again it works the first time.

I have tried multiple android devices, a Samsung galaxy tab a8, a galaxy tab a7 lite, a dogee t10 and teclast m40 Pro tablet, all with latest android update.

The app is installed to the internal storage and using an sd card for the car's storage.

Does anyone know what can cause this?

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm just trying that now, hopefully it works, it's frustrating having to install the software each time I want to use use.

Now I've set the storage to use the internal storage it works perfectly with ***, I assume it will do the same with diagzone.
