HI I NEED SOME HELP PLEASE IAM FACING THIS PROBLEM WITH MY THINKDIAG IAM GETTING DISSACORDING BETWEEN THE SOFTWARE AND SMARTBOX I TRIED ON 3 ANDROID DEVICES WITH ANDROID VERSION 11,I TRIED ON DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF DIAGZONE 2.00.09 2.00.12 2.00.13 STILL SAME MESSAGE APPEAR ON TESTING EOBD OR TRY...

Did you buy a subscription through a dealer or what? To the one from whom they bought were treated with a problem?

Logout and then scan a car on eobd
I confirm you it's perfect work (log out & no wifi)

Excellent solution. Worked for me.
Run offline
Logout then scan the car with EOBD/OBDII and then you can scann by specific brand.

Hi, I am goig to take advantage of this thead for some help with CHERY cars.
I'm recieving the same mesage of disacording serial number between software and vci or smartbox. I'm using latest version V2.00.13 and it work fine with other brands but not with Chery.
