Service Function stays blank

Dear Colleagues, both on my Android Tablet and my Android Phone, my SERVICE FUNCTION opens, shows the header with the title SERVICE FUNCTION, plus the HOME button, plus the footer, but the rest of the screen stays grey. I need to reset an Engine Service counter, by confirming the Service, but cannot.

Any idea why this is happening?
