service function problem

I have the same problem with service function oil reset on VW/Audi (didn't test on other brands) on 2 different tablets and heads (easydiag 3.0 and thinkdiag 2), when it connects to car, there are options but all are like this : 00,00,00,00,00.. but if I go through local diagnose, select brand and go to special functions, from there everything works perfect.
app version is 029 and oil maintenance reset is V11.07.

its about stamp, not app... 029 works good... stamps arent connecting to vehicle brands in service functions..
