Problem with Mercedes Kia and Haynes please advise!

Hello mate i have problems with Mercedes diag before several months everything is working perfectly but now it can't detect automatically vin of the older car 211 e class.
Also when i try to programming ECU edc16 programming stuck on 10% and ecu is bricked.
I am smart and before programming made full backup with another tool and back ecu to previous state.
Also have problems with Kia ceed 2019 diagzone can't recognise the car.
Another problem is Haynes pro there is missing many models of the cars.
I hope someone of the devoper will see that and soon will be fixed

211 мерседес, входите по vin, kia пробуйте разные версии марки.

Tried to switch between many Kia models and the results was same. After that we tried with another device it used different software it was not diagzone and there everything works perfect it detect automatically vin of the car.

On Mercedes i had never problems before i don't know what is happening but this issue is new.

I use diagzone from 5 years +

Пытался переключаться между многими моделями Kia, и результаты были одинаковыми. После этого мы попробовали использовать другое устройство, оно использовало другое программное обеспечение, а не диагзону, и там все работает идеально, автоматически обнаруживая автомобиль.

В Mercedes у меня никогда раньше не было проблем, я не знаю, что происходит, но эта проблема нова.

Пробовать не разные модели, а откатить версию марки на предыдущую, и для Mersedes тоже.
