Problem on old and new diagzone

This morning I came to use my diagzone and came up with this error . Tried on different tablet and uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried firmware fix . Can anyone help please ?

This happens in old version and new version . My subscription hasn't expired and have logged out and back in . This happens after vin scan and selected transmission type before health check .
 
I have tried . Deleted all folders and did fresh install. Also happens the same on my tablet and both working fine before .
 
I just subscribed to the software for my Client today, I sent the download link to the Client, after he installed the app, he couldn't start verification to update ( network is not available) . But after I send the old 057 version, he can verification the software update normally. But I don't know if it still causes problems. I'm not sure it's still stable
