Online functions of diagzone NOT WORKING

Hi mates, hope all is good, so after updating to V2, a lot of people have had complaints for different issues, as for me, the only issue is the online functions of diagzone pro are not working at all, online SCN isn't found, programming files not found, BMW ECU updates/flashing download not possible, Suzuki online pin calculator not working and a lot more, why is this ? Are the diagzone servers being updated ? Or will online functions not work anymore ?

you are right 100%, I downloaded version 1 again on another device and online works like a charm

I can't download version v1 it's not active

I always make local backups of old versions
