Just did it today.
I bought regular Коресилин from the hardware store.
Pour ~50ml in some cup and put whole board inside.
Give it 5 minutes. Find something plastic or woden - toothpick, hard toothbrush...
I even used mid soft metal brush for dremel, but only with hand operation, DO NOT use machine for cleaning.
So i made this 8 times: dip for 5mins, take out and scrub carefully!
Be very patient!

ps: things that DO NOT work- IPA, Rust remover, ethyl alcohol, fuel A95, DPF cleaner, Brake cleaner, Carb cleaner, paint remover.

Then you should try dremel and grind this off. With precise hand and patience, would be ni problem.
