Mercedes software does not work with internet

Hello, I have a problem with the Mercedes software v50.41. I tried it on a W204 2008 car. The program stops at the ECU diagnostic page and does not work. I had to disconnect the internet from the tablet and log in again to be able to scan the car, while on the previous software v50.37 the program works normally but is slow.

PFor me it's the same v50.41 doesn't work I went back to v50.37

I have the same problem, also weird click noise is coming out of thinkdiag2 td04vci
