I am experiencing an issue with the Odometer function in your app. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 with Android 14 and App Version 027.
Until recently, the Odometer function worked perfectly with my Skoda Fabia 2011. I was able to access it without any issues, and the application functioned as expected. However, after installing updates – I am not sure exactly when – the Odometer function no longer works. Instead, I receive an error message stating that there is no network communication or no internet connection.
My device is connected to the internet, other app functions seem to work, and there are no general network issues. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
• Checked the internet connection (tested both Wi-Fi and mobile data)
• Cleared cache and app data
• Reinstalled the app
• Checked app permissions
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue. I would appreciate your assistance in restoring the function. Are there any known incompatibilities or a solution to this problem?
