I can't download firmware for a Thinkdiag

It only happens with this Thinkdiag

In version 57 it does the verification successfully but it does not download the firmware v11.87 just say waiting for dowloads

In new version 07 it gives an error when doing the verification, but it is due to the same problem, it cannot download the firmware to install it and do the verification
