I replace the clutch in one Honda jazz automatic and when I try the relearn the transmission (I shift) it freezes and I can't do nothing I can't erase the trouble codes

try an older version....

I try it but nothing happens it stuck and I can't even erase the fault memory
I also try by disconnecting the battery
