Golo Carcare - Diagzone app internal error and will be terminated

Greetings,

Asking for some help since Dz sellers and admin rarely replies

I'm having an issue with Dz app (V2.00.013 and V2.00.019) that was working until last week (you can see screen capture of a couple of health reports from last week) but suddenly the app doesn't want to connect with my VCI and closes itself (check screen captures). I tried the option FIRMWARE FIX and Failed. Also, I tried to verify VCI in a completely new Lenovo Tab M8 and the app says UNAVAILABLE NETWORK

My VCI it's a Launch Golo Carcare completely original and I'm having this issue in my 3 devices running android 11.

Devices where Dz app closes itself:
1. Realme XT, running android 11, Dz app V2.00.019 runs abnormal
2. Amazon Fire HD8, running FireOS 8.xx (based on Android 11), Dz app V2.00.013

Device where Dz app says UNAVAILABLE NETWORK and CAN'T VERIFY VCI:
1. Lenovo Tab M8, running android 11, Dz app V2.00.013

Any help or idea is very welcome.

P.d.: I barely use my VCI and keep it storage safe.

I've try on Android os: 8, 9 and 13: no work, scan all protocol but can not communication with Vehicle ( in 2 other different Golo carcare scanners)

Your case is worse thant mine then.

Maybe you will think that I'm joking but the only way in which I manage to make my Golo Carcare wotks was dropping my VCI to the floor (I was frustrated) and after that I plugged into a car and made connection (no smart detection is working at least in that car, Hyundai)

Yes, It's hard to understand. 2 of my customers just switched to new android device (old device broke) then this problem occurs

And the strange thing is that a device can only be used on Hyundai Korea Brand. Not work with any other brands

Now that you mentioned Hyundai, I've noticed something weird with the app (I don't remember if there was an update for this brand)

In my Hyundai Elantra 2014 when I manually choose Hyundai software, dlc connector, automatic search then the car information is perfectly decoded but when I manually introduce the VIN the app decoder connects the ECU with Hyundai (Korea) software. This is extremely strange (abnormal) because the Smart detection was working fine until last week also manually VIN input (since is my personal car I have tried both methods in the past)

My problem not with Smart detection. I am not care for this. But now it can't working with any brands. I understand this problem
