Hi, I'm new, let me introduce myself... I'm Janbob from Italy. I am a former *** customer who upgraded to DIAGZONE PRO with the EasyDiag V2.0 interface. I don't have any firmware problems or anything else, the instrumentation works well, even the SGW unlock works well for me. I only have one problem, when it enters the diagnosis of some Fiat, Alfa, Lancia when it scans the control units and finds an error or where to check the firmware, at that point it reports an error with this writing underneath

Has anyone had a similar problem?? The new HUAWEI tablet, clean install, login ok, all packages downloaded successfully, Android 10 (EMUI 10.1.0). I'm waiting for info on this to resolve the problem, thank you very much to anyone who will reply. Good evening.

I understand, however mine is also updated to yesterday... new subscription but I'm still having that video problem. Does anyone have solutions, opinions or any ideas on this?
