Connection error. After several time retrying it works. But this comes to much. Why is this?

go in vci management and click on Deactivate matching
aftre that try again

Or if it maybe not work with Deactivating as allnewauto suggested, after it try this: go to phone or tablet system settings, make a factory reset (this will clear/format wipe the whole tablet/phone) and make a new clean install of Diagzone Pro app and activate again the connector! For me it worked!
