many customers are reporting the error "Disaccording between the software serial No.and Smartbox serial No., Please download and upgrade again or contact local dealer." both for Ford, Kia, Hyundai, MAHINDRA, Chery, and others, in the latest updates of the brands, downloading the Diagzone versions was tried but the problem continues, it has been tested on Android 10-11-12-13 with the version 2.00.013 and there is no difference.

I have tried this with my Amazon Fire HD8 12th from 2022, also made a factory reset, wipe data factory, reinstalled DZ (last and previous versions), same with brand's version and nothing worked.
My conclusion is since FireOS it's an Android modified system then creates a conflict
It works on fire hd10 plus 2021

Which FireOS version do you have? 8.x.x.x or 7.x.x.x?
Mine is 8.3.x.x and I did exactly as described and everything else I already mentioned

Another user reported same issue found it on that Fire HD8 2022 and he sold it to acquire a Samsung Tab 7.
I tested DZ on Fire HD8 2020 and Fire HD10 2021....runs good
