many customers are reporting the error "Disaccording between the software serial No.and Smartbox serial No., Please download and upgrade again or contact local dealer." both for Ford, Kia, Hyundai, MAHINDRA, Chery, and others, in the latest updates of the brands, downloading the Diagzone versions was tried but the problem continues, it has been tested on Android 10-11-12-13 with the version 2.00.013 and there is no difference.

you have to uninstall the new and old apps, then manually delete the diagzone folder and then reinstall again the app and it will solve ok

I have tried this with my Amazon Fire HD8 12th from 2022, also made a factory reset, wipe data factory, reinstalled DZ (last and previous versions), same with brand's version and nothing worked.

My conclusion is since FireOS it's an Android modified system then creates a conflict
