disaccording between the software serial no and smartbox

ich möchte mit Ford Fiesta verbinden aber es kommt dieses Fenster raus, dass keine Verbindung möglich ist. Was bedeutet das und kann dieser Fehler behoben werden?

Check username which used to login website and app, it must be same

I have also encountered this problem some times earlier. But as a dealer, i give the login to customer, so it is always same at website and at the app too, of course.

So what else can cause it please ?

I reset my device and reinstalled the app from the website. I am logged in to the app with the same username, but the problem still persists. : '(

I reset my device. formate tablet and even changed a new tablet .. and reinstalled the app from the website. I am logged in to the latest app with the same username, but the problem still persists .:

and when i tested under a new tablet. its appear me a new error ID :-5 check attach file

OBD head was working well 2 months aleady ..
any suggestions? please
