Disaccording between serial no and smartbox serial no

hello! I use v57 version and when I download brands some brands work, some don't work. BMW and AUDI brands shows this error: Disaccording between serial no and smartbox serial no, tested on subaru and ford and work without problem. Tried on multiple android devices and the same problem. Deleted folders and download again and same problem. Please help!

the same problem using android 4.4.1, installed on android 9 - all works ok
