Diagzone sign up problem

I am trying to sign up to try Free EOBD to check if my device is support Diagzone before i buy registeation but when i am signing up i recieved a call from a strange number and when i entered the last four digit i see pop up message told me is wrong verfication code and i have only 3 times attempt try , and now i am worry to block my thinkdiag scann tools , anybody can help me to fix this problem because i contacted with diagzone support team but with no answer

the problem with me now is im not getting any calls i sent emails to diagzone & no replys! do you know how to solve this problem? did they changed the website or is it under maintenance ?

I have the same problem today I did the step by step and the call didn't come!!! Why don't they send this verification via email???!!!
