Diagzone have problem when work with KIA brand

Hi everyone!
I have a Launch Golo carcare was activated with DZ. It can work with all the car software without KIA brand software ( i have try it with many other Kia car model), i have tried with a both of EOBD, KIA software but seem it can't match any protocol for connect with car. Has anyone encountered a similar case? If have problem same with how to solve it? Thank you

Yes, i did! But it can't solve this problem

I have had the same problem with a client that had an old version and he updated to version 45, it was solved by reinstalling v45, otherwise there is internal damage

I've try install app and test on another 4 different Android devices, but result same
