Diagzone FIX expired

Hello, my diagzone fix has always worked i have 15+ devices and working on all, recently it asked to say licence expired so i renew at 1 year $80 and it workedfor 1 week and has now gone, no response from email to diag. Anyone else have issue with it stopping after a week even thoughi paid a year, dont want to renew again and same problem
