Diagnostic problem after update

Hello guys. Maby somebody can help me
I had boughet update for all car brand's, my device is Easy Diag 2.0 sn: 968590053xxx. All updates in Diagzone download propetly, but when I like to use for example Audi it's hanging on connecting or connection lost. Exactly the same it's on every another brand. Hardware program it's updatet to the newest version. I have tried also beta of Diagzone it's the same + message no Internet connection. Can anyone help to solve it?

I've notices that too with the latest version of every brand , it takes ages and then lose connexion (latest update of citroen work, I used it last week) fortunately when I do update, I keep the old version of the software( settings/UNCHECK erase old version when update ).
So I use old version that I had before and it works fine, that's how I'm using it waiting for an update .

Hi. You have right older versions works but if you pay for update you like to this work. Oil reset and other function like SUS doesnt work also after update.
