Diagnostic impossible

I try today to do diagnostic with my easydiag 2.0 but all the time I receive this message it's the first time I get it
"The firmware is running abnormally. You are advised to fix the firmware and try again .
To many customers get the same message today with different interface.
Thank you to help me.
