device did not activated

dear i have paid 3x for activation . money is deducted from account 3x in total 120usd but device still not activated

Did you run eobd it and test it for compatibility before purchasing?

yess. and also i find the issue. i have two user names for one device . whatever i do activation always go to first activated device in system... so e.g. i buy license for user A sn.343, but activation always goes to user B with sn.343

user name and pass is very important and who is to blame for you that you are inattentive

?! if i pay license for user A im expecting that license is active for user A not for user B ... it is a bug
