Using Android 4.1.1

When trying to connect through brand. I get this error: connection lost if you need to continue diagnosis please exit the current diagnosis in time.
I tried two tablets with Android 4.1.1 and get the same error.( this version 4.1.1 has always worked before)
I tried one tablet with newer version of Android and problem goes away.
Can you enable your program to work well with Android 4.1.1. again?
