Citroen telecoding

Leo tell me one thing if i go in citroen c3 a51 2011 enter in bsi and i go to telecoding car configuration i try change some parameter and finish this writing parameter i se telecoding fault . But if i choice manualy DS3 car and make same thing this work normaly i can configure car like with diabox or lexia. This thing inside citroen sub program you can fix personaly ? Or must by done by thinkcar or frome where come this software ? Becose its stupid think if work using DS3 but dont work if is autoselected citroen c3 (A51) its not problem in vci or tablet but problem is inside citroen sub program.
