Can't Login

Hi, I recently bought the software, and when I try to login it says login failed. I have used the same exact information that I used from the website and still says login failed. What do I do? Should I create a new registration in the app, or retrieve password or what?

Hi, it worked after 2 hours, I guess the server was down or having issues connecting. Thank you.
