You can try to use special immo program for opel, it can read car pass from various modules (ECM, radio, ABS and BCM, for astra h you can try to read your UEC as BCM). Otherwise you need to work with EEPROM memory of your UEC, maybe desolder EEPROM from your old UEC to new one (of course if your EEPROM is separate IC). Then you won't need to rebind control module in car software and you don't need to know car pass

Hi, try reading the pin code directly with the Opel Immo DZ application to get the pin code, of course you must have activated immo mode and be online.
