Ask " Please login "

Hi all!
Today, when use Diagzone diagnostic with Toyota. The Diagzone app start and have notify "Please login first" and can't continue work. But i have already login Diagzone's account and updated all item to newest version software ( the software subscription is available at current)
How to solve this problem?
