Activation problem with hd module

Hello
I got an HD Module and tried to activate it
Im registered username in diagzone long time ago
And have one easydiag yellow activated and added in the website 2 years ago

Now i added the new HD Module to the website and paid for heavy duty activation. And since 2 days waiting it to activate ? Do i miss something prevents me from activate the hd module ? Or server is down ?
Any help is much appreciated
