Переходник HD 24в-12в

Приветствую ребята.
Вот переходник красный, все пины кроме питания, кан(6_14), и K-LINE 7пин звонятся напрямую на переходник на выходе.
Мне нужно прочитать на машине DAF XF95 моторный, я на столе при 12 вольтах вычислил, что он цепляет моторный по 1пину обд, читает прекрастно.
Но Там на клинии в диагностическом разъёме будет 23вольта висеть на входе в адаптер.
Вопрос, выйдет из строя адаптер или выдерживает?
Можно ли соеденить 1пин с 7пином,чтоб понизил напряжение и работать так?
Есть ли у китаез нормальный переходник, чтоб понижал напряжение на всех контактах обд2 разьема?
