Mercedes ECU not equipped

When I use the device on glc 2023 it cant read the power train control units such as engine,transmission and fuel pump and appears not equipped.
Does any body have the same problem and what is the solution

Этот автомобиль надо читать через doip, на DZ не работает. Обращался к разработчикам, ответа так и не получил. На оригинальном launch, doip работает.
 
If you want to diagnose new models and according to the protocol, you have to dig deep into your pocket and invest in new and original tools. For it to work on doip you need the original launch tablet with USB A full port, doip adapter and dbscar7 or thinkdiag 2 interface or even simpler with an interface that directly supports the doip protocol such as smartlink. In the first version anyway you can't with diagzone because their apk does not allow you to connect via usb.
